Princeton is a great choice for many home buyers because of its feel and ambiance.  You could buy a Princeton Township home for sale with complete seclusion and be only a few miles from downtown with it’s  theatre, galleries, museums, and restaurants. If you prefer to walk to shopping and other amenities your may want to consider homes in Princeton Boro. The vibe here is of a sophisticated University town, but less commercial then other top University towns, like Palo Alto, Ca -the home of Stanford University.

One of the amenities that is rarely mentioned to prospective home buyers, but very much appreciated by Princetonians, is the Princeton Library . Whether you choose to buy your home in Princeton Township or Princeton Boro, Princeton Public Library is a gem you would discover and love.

The Inscription on the Princeton Library building reads : “I have always imagined paradise as a kind of library”. This quote is by Jorge Luis Borges (18991986), Argentinian author and for some time the director of the Argentinian National Library.

Princeton Library comes fits this quote  to the tee. Excellent selection of books, movies, audio recordings is just part of what this library offers. The new building is wonderful in using the latest available in technology to promote the love of books and reading for adults and for children. When you are in Princeton Library you don’t want to leave.

Princeton Library became a place where kids like to hang out. This may seem as an oxymoron, but is rather a reflection of what a draw Princeton Library is for the Princeton community. Princeton Library also offers a variety of activities for adults and children including movies, arts and crafts, meetings with authors and others.

For example this month  Princeton Library offers:

  • Sunday, August 24, 2008
