Princeton Real Estate & Community Open Mike Fridays                                                                                              
Speak up about Princeton, Princeton real estate, or other issues of interest to the community. During the week here on “Princeton real estate” we talk about what is going on in the local Princeton area real estate market. During the week I have the so called soap box to discuss Princeton real estate prices, how long does it take to sell a Princeton home, what makes Princeton houses sell, etc.  On Fridays we would like to offer this opportunity to you. You could have a soap box and the open mike to speak about what’s on your mind concerning our Princeton community.

Here is an example of the conversations I heard around town and in the press  in the last few days:
 

• Does the Princeton University pull it’s weight with financial contribution to the Princeton Borough?

• Does the construction on Tulane Street benefit the developer  but not Princeton  and the residents?

• Are some of the road projects necessary, or would the budget be better spend elsewhere?

• How do you think the mortgage crisis and other economic developments would effect Princeton area?
