Princeton NJ Real Estate blog is dedicated to answers to real estate questions, and information about the real estate market for the communities of the greater Princeton, including Montgomery Township, West Windsor, Hopewell, and Lawrenceville.

The reasons for my blog are several:

• to make it easier for people to buy or sell their homes
• to transmit what I know,
• to share why I love Princeton,
• to clarify the perceptions and misconceptions about real estate,
• to reveal the real estate reality, and
• to develop relationships with those who find the information here valuable.

How This Blog Is Different

How is it different from a lot of web sites covering Princeton area: national sites like Realtor.com, Trullia, Zillow in addition to brokerage and real estate agents web sites. The question to ask -do these sites make you a smarter real estate buyer or seller in the local Princeton area market?

Did you notice how similar many real estate sites look in terms of content? The information  for home buyers and sellers is often produced by the web-site providers and does not change. The Princeton area real estate market however is changing all the time. To make smart decisions, home buyers and sellers need information that is  current, and based on the knowledge of the local market.

Another big disadvantage of a regular real estate web sites – they dont allow you to get to know the person behind the site, as many are mass produced.

The stories in my blog are based on what I do and see every day. You  
cant find them on any web site in the world.  These stories are based on my daily experiences and lessons learned in the real real estate. You can only find them on my blog.

the sales hype. You get to see it all – the bad and the good, just as I
see it.

Information/Advice Based On Trust

There is much more at stake when buying, selling or just owning real estate.
Getting in the head of those who are passionate about it, who live it every day, who take their personal time to educate and inform the consumer, could give you the information not available anywhere else.

Only 4% of agents have blogs. The reason – its incredibly time consuming to create quality content and I do it in my free time.

The reasons I write the blog correspond exactly to the topics I write about: how to make the selling and buying process less stressful, what to do and not to do when before, during and after the sale, the market conditions and what it means to us, things that are happening in the community and how they affect us, information for people relocating to the Princeton area and a lot more.

You may wonder, if so much effort is going into writing a blog, isn’t there a sales motive? Of course, I want to sell houses, I am good at it and that’s what I do for living.
