Princeton NJ Real Estate blog is dedicated to answers to real estate questions, and information about the real estate market for the communities of the greater Princeton, including Montgomery Township, West Windsor, Hopewell, and Lawrenceville.

The reasons for my blog are several:

• to transmit what I know,
• to share why I love Princeton,
• to clarify the perceptions and misconceptions about real estate,
• to reveal the real estate reality, and
• to develop relationships with those who find the information here valuable.

How This Blog Is Different

How is it different from a lot of web sites covering Princeton area: national sites like Realtor.com, Trullia, Zillow in addition to brokerage and real estate agents web sites. The question to ask -do these sites make you a smarter real estate buyer or seller in the local Princeton area market?

Did you notice how similar many real estate sites look in terms of content? The information  for home buyers and sellers is often produced by the web-site providers and does not change. The Princeton area real estate market however is changing all the time. To make smart decisions, home buyers and sellers need information that is  current, and based on the knowledge of the local market. 

Another big disadvantage of a regular real estate web sites - they dont allow you to get to know the person behind the site, as many are mass produced.

Princeton NJ real estate Mercer Homes is different because it constantly changes with information critical for home buyers and sellers. One way to think of a blog is as a way to get into a head of those who write them and see what they see.

The stories in my blog are based on what I do and see every day. You   cant find them on any web site in the world.  These stories are based on my daily experiences and lessons learned in the real real estate. You can only find them on my blog.

How does it help you, the consumer? It gives you the real scoop, without the sales hype. You get to see it all - the bad and the good, just as I see it.

Information/Advice Based On Trust

There is much more at stake when buying, selling or just owning real estate. Getting in the head of those who are passionate about it, who live it every day, who take their personal time to educate and inform the consumer, could give you the information not available anywhere else.

If you are considering selling your home anywhere in the Princeton and surrounding towns, there is a ton of advice and information you can get on my blog. No, not the canned tips dispensed through the regular web sites, but the real knowledge gained on the real estate 'battlefield'.

If you are a home buyer, you can search for homes in many places. If you want advice and the view from the insight out, go for the blog.

You will get to know me if you read my blog. You will determine if you want to trust my advice and if I am someone you would be comfortable entrusting your very significant asset your home. You cant gain this understanding from any web site, mine included.

Only 4% of agents have blogs. The reason - its incredibly time consuming to create quality content and I do it in my free time.

The reasons I write the blog correspond exactly to the topics I write about: how to make the selling and buying process less stressful, what to do and not to do when before, during and after the sale, the market conditions and what it means to us, things that are happening in the community and how they affect us, information for people relocating to the Princeton area and a lot more. 

 You may wonder, if so much effort is going into writing a blog, isnt there a sales motive? Of course, I want to sell houses, I am good at it and thats what I do for living.

With my blog, I want to do more: educate and develop relationships with my readers.  You will know it when you read it.
