Campbell Woods, is a neighborhood of Princeton townhouses, located on a scenic Princeton Ridge. It was built by Toll brothers in 1996. The builder, unlike in many newer developments, did a great job of preserving the natural beauty. Many of the townhouse back to the magnificent tall trees and have views and privacy. This is a relatively small community of approximately 42 homes. Campbell Woods, Princeton Homes and PricesMost homes are 3 bedrooms, 2/1 bathrooms, although there are some that are 2 bedrooms. Some homes have walk out basements. The Campbell Woods homes sold in the last 12 months in the $449,000 -$555,000 price range. Presently there is one home available for sale. The houses that sold in the last 12 months are: 48 Mccomb Rd $495,000 3 bedrooms 2/1baths sold -8/2007
