According to the message I received, the Homecoming Parade will start it off at 10:00 am and will include the High School Band, Athletic Teams, Girl Scouts, Boy Scouts, Police, Fire and EMS.  Children, ages 12 and under, are invited to come dressed in their Halloween   costumes and participate in their own "Halloween Parade" starting at 12:00 pm,  going around the track at Cougar Stadium.  Prize baskets will be raffled off to all costume parade participants!  In addition to the parade, the Recreation  Department will have goodie bags as well as a professional storyteller for the children.
