My philosophy is: "Solve. Don't sell!" If you can solve people's problems, you'll attract greater business and greater word-of-mouth. There's nothing more that I dislike than the hard-sell. What's more is that if you can solve people's problems, AND you answer the phone, heck you're way ahead of the pack! So many agents (I'm sorry to say..but Loan Officers too for that matter) don't do something as simple as answer the phone. Tisk, tisk... I love #4 and #2. My philosophy is: “Solve.
